Upgrading Trados Freelance 6.5 to 7.5

I have Trados Freelancer 6.5 and now need to buy - urgently today, April 24 -  Trados Freelancer 7.5 for working with TagEditor. My questions is:

a) where exactly on their site (numerous sub-pages that they have) can I find the option to upgrade from 6.5 to 7.5, please?

b) do you know how much the upgrade costs?
