There are some greek words in there but all in all there's not much I can identify.
[.......]ΛΙΘΟΥ ΛΕΥ
ΝΟΙΟ ΧΑΡΑ[]ΟΜΕΝ
Τ ΟΥΤΑΝΕΘΗΚΕ
ΧΑΡΑ[......]
ΔΙΑ ΠΑΙΔΙ ΘΑΝΟΝ
[...]ΝΕΩ[........]
[......]ΕΟΡ[.....]
So there's very few words I can surely recognize, namely:
ΛΙΘΟΣ = stone
ΑΝΕΘΗΚΕ = dedicated
ΔΙΑ = for
ΠΑΙΔΙ = child
ΘΑΝΟΝ = that died
ΝΕΩ = young
PS: Which suggests this was dedicated to a child that had died too young.
