Is this a valid infinitive? Of which verb?

Theoretical construction of present mediopassive infinitive of ἐκκρήμναται ("hangs down"), a hapax that occurs in Hippocrates, De natura muliebri 5.1.  The LSJ entry ἐκκρήμναμαι is itself theoretical, to suit their policy of citing verbs using the first person singular present indicative.  Woodhouse's policy is to cite the infinitive.  Both have to construct a non-extant form when necessary to suit their policy.
