How to enter the same in many cells in Excel
1. Select the cells you wish to fill with the same data.
2. Type your text of whatever you want.
3. Press Ctrl+Enter
Another method:
1. Select a cell which contains your text.
2. Press Ctrl+C to copy.
3. Expand the selection (down, up or sideways).
4. Press Ctrl+V to paste to all cells.
