Τò πολλάκις ταὐτò λέγειν → Saying the same thing many times (Aristotle, On Sophistical Refutations)

It is a passage from Aristotle's On Sophistical Refutations and refers to something about it being an error to repeat oneself.  I have tried using cut and paste to copy the words into an online translatio tool, but the tools return an error regarding some of the symbols.

It means "saying the same thing many times" (literally, "the to say many times the same thing").

Ahh, that makes sense.  The English translation of that particular chapter of the text (from Greektexts dot com) refers to five aims to which the art of Sophistry leads us.  These are; refutation, fallacy, paradox, solecism and to reduce the opponent to babbling or repeating himself a number of times. 
Philosophy never ceases to amaze me.
