Πώς μεταφράζουμε το 'fake shares' και το 'phoney shares';
«πλαστές μετοχές» και «εικονικές μετοχές»;

'The German Bank was the custodial bank for the fake, unregistered and restricted shares. Victims believed that they owned the "shares" and had the rights of normal shareholders, e.g. voting, dividend and notification rights. In fact, it appears that the fake shares were never transfered into the names of the victims. More fake shares were sold to victims than were available, i.e. many of the fake shares did not even exist. 'Mr. Jones has a long history of fraud including phoney or fake shares fraud.'
