Chris, this appears to be an attempt at ancient Greek, but the text is too garbled to decipher without a context.  Can you tell us what it's from?

I suppose this is something like «Η ΤΥΧΗ ΑΚΟΛΟΥΘΟΣ ΕΣΤΙ ΤΗΣ ΑΡΕΤΗΣ», good fortune follows virtue. And it may be related to Cicero's "Glory follows virtue as if it were its shadow" (Latin: Gloria virtutem tanquam umbra sequitur).
