Please, can someone help me here? This is a statement from the New Testament Book of Matthew 5:28.  I realize this forum is for modern Greek however, I am asking if someone can tell me how this New Testament Koine Greek statement might LITERALLY be understood in modern Greek, plus understood and read in modern English? If I wanted a Christian translation to English I have a New Testament for that. This is NOT what I am looking for. I would prefer to see how this might be read and understood in modern Greek. Anyone who speaks and understands modern Greek and can put this into modern English EXACTLY as the Greek construction and syntax presents itself,  it would help me out immensely. In the first place, avibm, this scriptural quotation is not modern Greek.  It is the common (koinē) ancient Greek as spoken universally in the first century.  A literal translation into modern English:

ἐγὼ δὲ λέγω ὑμῖν: But I am telling you
ὅτι πᾶς ὁ βλέπων γυναῖκα: that anyone who looks at a woman
πρὸς τὸ ἐπιθυμῆσαι αὐτὴν: to the extent of lusting after her
ἤδη ἐμοίχευσεν αὐτὴν: has already committed adultery with her
ἐν τῇ καρδίᾳ αὐτοῦ: in his heart.
