Encoding problem when importing a UTF-8 tab delimited file to terminology database

This error came up in a training session and it was confirmed with latest version on my PC.
When importing a tab delimited file in UTF-8 the encoding did not work out very well.

Attached glossary in UTF-8 for import.

in the next version of MetaTexis the import issue with UTF8 files will be fixed.
