"MΝΗΜΑ ΜΑΡΙΑΣ" if I'm right, it means "MARIA'S TOMB". However, this is not a specialist's verdict.

Or "Maria's memorial/monument."  Certainly early Christian.  There's a name at the bottom, illegible (at least to me), ending in -ANOY.
