σησαμίδας χέζειν -> shit sesamides, breath sesamides?

ὃς χαρίτων μὲν ὄζει,
καλλαβίδας δὲ βαίνει,
σησαμίδας δὲ χέζει,
μῆλα δὲ χρέμπτεται.

He is all grace,
he steps like a callabis-dancer,
And breathes sesamides,
and smells of apples.

Athenaeus,  The Deipnosophists, Book XIV.
See καλλαβίδας βαίνειν -> step like a callabis-dancer

Yeah, that translation is full of euphemisms.  Grown-ups can probably take the real meaning:  "He smells of graces, he does the Kallabis-step (i.e. spreading his butt), he shits sesame-seeds (i.e. because of the pastries he eats), he hacks up 'apples'. "
