Translators Without Borders: translation for humanitarian causes
Translators Without Borders ("TWB") is a volunteer group that provides free translations to humanitarian organizations such as Doctors Without Borders. Pro bono work contributed by professional translators via TWB helps recipient organizations spend as much of their funding as possible on humanitarian works.
ProZ.com has been involved in helping facilitate the screening of translators who have volunteered to participate in these initiatives.
