inscription on signet-ring

Please could you help me with the translation of the inscription on this Byzantine signet-ring?, the
image is reversed so that the letters should read correctly.

As far as I know it's early 15th century from the Baltic region. thank you.

The first line surely reads Πέτρος τοῦ ("Peter, son of ...").  Can anyone help with the name of Peter's father on the second line?
