Sorry, suskun, I can't read much of this, except the word ΙΕΡΕΥΣΕ ("acted as priest," "held the office of priest," "performed sacrifice") in the third line.
The letter forms indicate a date in the first century B.C. or A.D. There are a couple of unreadable names with Latin endings spelled in Greek (... ΟΥΣΙΟΣ = -usius, ... ΝΙΝΟΣ = -ninus). It was common, in the period of Roman occupation of Asia Minor, for native Greeks to take Roman names, or to give Roman names to children, to signify Roman citizenship.
