Το πέτυχα διαβάζοντας τυχαία ένα άρθρο στην Ελευθεροτυπία, άπαξ λεγόμενον και μόνο στον πληθυντικό.

(Ομοίως ίσως θα μπορούσαμε να δημιουργήσουμε τις λέξεις επιτοκιοθήρας και επιτοκιοθηρία).
Αναφερόμενη σε όσους με ευλαβική σχολαστικότητα περνούν από όλες τις τράπεζες στην προσπάθειά τους να διαπραγματευθούν καλύτερα επιτόκια, η αγορά κάνει λόγο για τους «επιτοκιάκηδες», θέλοντας να περιγράψει τον παροξυσμό που σε ορισμένες περιπτώσεις χαρακτηρίζει τον Ελληνα, που κυνηγά πόντο πόντο τις αποδόσεις για τα χρήματά του.

Kind of late to the game here, but if I recall right, I think ING's Orange savings account allows you to set up "sub-accounts" (categories) for your money - Brandy, can you confirm? I read about that in an article, and it really appealed to me, but since I'm a bit of an interest chaser, I went with a different online savings account instead (and just use a spreadsheet to keep track of things). Seems like a nice compromise!
