Phallus Dei

An odd request I know, but could someone please let me know how to say/write in English letters the ancient Greek translation of the Latin phrase "Phallus Dei?" So far I've gotten "Peos Theoy," but I'm not sure that's correct. Thanks!

Phallus is a Greek word, so this would be
Φαλλός θεού
(in English letters: Phallos theou).
