Here is my first question on this forum! I would really appreciate some help to understand parts of this inscription.
I know that my inscription is more than 12 words long, but I am not asking for a translation. I just want to understand how it works. I hope I am not violating the rules. Otherwise, just let me know.

Πόλλις Ίεροκλέους τοῦ Ίεροκλέουσ,
στεφανηφορήσας καὶ ἱερατεύσας
τοῦ τε Διὸς τοῦ Ὀσογω καὶ τοῦ Διὸς τοῦ Λαβραύνδου
καὶ ἀγορανομήσασ, καὶ ἡ γυνὴ αὐτοῦ Μηνιὰς Φαίδρου
καὶ οἱ υἱοὶ αὐτῶν Ἱεροκλῆς καὶ Φαῖδρος ἀνέθηκαν
τοὺς ἑξῆς κίονας ὀκτὼ ἐκ τῶν ἰδίων ὑπαρχόντων 
τῶι Διὶ τῶι Ὀσογωι

Here is my translation - please be kind ^^...

Pollis Hierokles, son of Hierokles,
stephanephore and priest
of Zeus Osogo and Zeus Labraundos
and agoranome, and his wife Menias daughter of Phaidros
and their children Hierokles and Phaidros dedicated
those eight columns with their own means

I don't really understand line #2... They almost look like verbs but I can't understand why. I was expecting nouns in the nominative case. Can anyone explain me why stephanephore and priest look that way?

Line #5 Why is it in the nominative case? Are the children named Hierokles and Phaidros?

Line #6 I don't know how to translate the underlined word.

Nice work, Euterpe!  You've already got the gist of the inscription.  Here are a few supplementary details:

Πόλλις Ίεροκλέους τοῦ Ίεροκλέους:  "Pollis, son of Hierokles, grandson of Hierokles"

στεφανηφορήσας καὶ ἱερατεύσας:  "having worn the crown and having had the priesthood."  These are aorist participles, expressing a state prior to the present. They are nominative masculine singular, modifying Pollis.

καὶ ἀγορανομήσας:  "and having been notary of the market."  This is the third honorific title to which Pollis lays claim.

τοὺς ἑξῆς κίονας ὀκτὼ:  "the eight columns in a row"

τῶι Διὶ τῶι Ὀσογωι:  "to Zeus Osago" (dative case)

Yes.  The whole family is making the dedication.

The point, I suppose, of the inscription is this:  Pollis, in his lifetime, has received considerable honor from his community.  He has held important offices, both religious and political, and he is now using his family's wealth to return the favors by adorning (or restoring, or remodeling) an edifice belonging to the local deity.
