Please give us more context when asking questions.

Without any context, I would translate it as:

Η νύχτα της δόξας μας [i 'nihta tis 'doksas mas]  or
Η δοξασμένη μας νύχτα [i doksa'smeni mas 'nihta]  or
H νύχτα που δοξαστήκαμε [i 'nihta pou doksa'stikame]

the phrase should be appropriate for the usage of a theme for a dinner party.. as in the evening is dedicated for the achieved glory.. much thanks

Then you can say:

Η νύχτα του θριάμβου μας [I 'nihta tou thri'amvou mas] (/th/ as in "theatre"), meaning the "Night of our triumph".
