Καλημέρα,
Could someone tell me whether it would be usual to find μμ as an abbreviation in Greek meaning metres? I would have expected it to mean millimetres but metres makes more sense in the context I have.
Thanks in advance,
Liz

μμ usually stands for μετά μεσημβρίας (p.m.)
micrometre is spelled μm

In your context I can imagine it is being used to denote millimetre.

Many thanks for the quick reply, Spiros. I will use millimetres but point it out to the client in case it is a drafting error.
