e-korais dictionary says: - εταιρεία, συνέταιρος, τράπεζα, γιατρός = having an agreement with, being under contract to - Ο γιατρός είναι συμβεβλημένος με το Τ.Ε.Β.Ε. και το Ι.Κ.Α. = The doctor has an agreement with the T.E.B.E. and I.K.A. health insurance funds.

- I think affiliated physician/doctor goes well with this context :-)
