My son and I began to ask for help on this one, but I think we got it.  Is this right:

"We performed a sacrifice to the gods who have saved the Athenians in that battle, so that, even now, all the gods may be willing to guard the democracy."

Well done, Jorsay!  To make the translation perfect, however, you need to notice that the main verb is subjunctive, not indicative.  So "Let us perform..."  "We performed" would be ἠγάγομεν.
