For quite some time I've got problems with copy-pasting Greek fonts from Word (or many other programs / applications) to Fora. It either results in gibberish, ?????????, or some 'latin'. I suspect a corrupt system (missing .DLL-files) to be the cause.
Somebody any suggestions where to find a solution.

Windows ME English?
Word 2000? Word 2002?
Which locale do you use?

Check out this post.

Word 97, with different locales depending on which language I might use.

I checked the link, but the problem isn't creating Greek text (both fonts and symbol work fine), it's solely copying the text to fora which doesn't work (and the other way around). Copying from forum to forum seems to work well enough.

Eλληνικά μέ πολυτονικούς χαρακτῆρες looks fine to me
ellenika me polutonikouv karakthrev is what I get when copying it from word. It just 'fixes' Greek back to standardkeys where v is ς  and h is ῆ .

This usually happens with XP when you try to copy from a window with greek as a selected language (alt+shift changes language for the ACTIVE window only) to a window where english is still set (EN). . .
Since the change is universal in Windows ME, try performing the entire copying process with greek as an active language. . . Might do the trick.
