I think this means "When did the king sacirfice his daughter to the gods in order that he might expect the general?"


Is this correct?

Note that τῇ θεῷ is feminine singular!

ἐξαγάγοι is third person singular second aorist optative of ἐξάγω.

Don't confuse ὁ στρατός with ὁ στρατηγός.

Finally, again, notice the English spelling of "sacrifice."
