This is an inscription to one Greek biblical manuscript of the Acts of the Apostles--it is the only one with this modified title. The first and last words are easy--in fact, all the words are easy, but a smooth translation with the middle words is a little elusive for me.  Acts of the wisest of the wise apostles or Acts of the wisdom of the wise apostles. I'm not sure.

Any ideas?

Looks like someone has inserted a pious amplification into the traditional title πράξεις ἀποστόλων — literally, "The wise acts of the wise apostles."
