What is the difference between using 'πρώτον' instead of 'πρώτα'?

No difference at all when you mean "Initially/In the beginning/First".

The Greek soccer team are playing against Turkey for the Mundial qualifying round right now, so we are watching the match.

Is there a difference between 'πράγματι', 'πραγματικά' and 'αλήθεια';

Also does 'αλήθεια' mean 'by the way'?
