TLG finds eight instances of nominative ἁδρότης and two of ἁδροτής.  All are Byzantine, except Theophrastus (ἁδρότης).  TLG finds 7 instances of genitive ἁδρότητος (i.e., from ἁδρότης), from the first century into Byzantine times, while there are no instances of ἁδροτῆτος (as if from ἁδροτής), which exists only in the LSJ entry for ἁδροτής, i.e. only in the imagination of the Oxford boys.  The word may sometimes be confused or equated with ἀνδροτής ("manliness").
