Based on Aristotle, Sophistical Refutations 180a26-29:
τὰ γὰρ ἐναντία καὶ τὰ ἀντικείμενα καὶ φάσιν καὶ ἀπόφασιν ἁπλῶς μὲν ἀδύνατον ὑπάρχειν τῷ αὐτῷ, πῂ μέντοι ἑκάτερον ἢ πρός τι ἢ πώς, ἢ τὸ μὲν πῂ τὸ δ' ἁπλῶς, οὐδὲν κωλύει.
— "On the other hand, there is no reason why each should not belong in a particular respect or
relation or manner, or one in a particular respect and the other absolutely." (Trans. Forster [Loeb])
