How would this English idiom be best rendered in conversational Greek? For example:-
It’s the best restaurant in London....however (and it’s a BIG however)....

για να πούμε και του στραβού το δίκιο is more colloquial. The literal version in Greek sounds unidiomatic, not sure about the English one.

You can also say, και δεν είναι λίγες οι αμφιβολίες... depending on context.
