In English, the entire quotation from SEG 7.145 (2nd cent.) would be "Having been honored (τετ<ε>ιμημένος) by the commanders of the fourth expedition;" in Latin, something like "
Ab imperatoribus quattuor militiis honoratus
."
Τί δέ τις; Τί δ' οὔ τις; Σκιᾶς ὄναρ ἄνθρωπος.

So τετάρτη στρατεία would be quattuor militia?
Maybe instead of expedition, army?
but στρατεία= army, expeditionary force is very rare
στρατεία - Ancient Greek (LSJ)
militia
military service
the military, army, soldiery
warfare, war, campaign
civil service, profession, employment
(figuratively) military spirit, courage, bravery

I guess I was just trying to save a little face for LSJ. In fact you're right, the Greek says simply "4th army generals," and has little or nothing to do with Latin
militia
. Maybe
ab imperatoribus quarti exercitus honoratus
in Latin.
